Hemp harvests from the age of early to the mid flowering stage. When to start cutting, the cutter bars 4 to 5 feet above run from ground level, harvesting the hemp and seeds together, then stalk would cut after that it turns into a bundle.
Once the stalks are cut, the retting process works to separate all hemp fibers which is a process that cleans hemp stem by decaying pectin that binds. The Hemp’s strong fibers separated from the stalk of hemp. That process could be, done using chemicals like enzymes or natural physical methods.
Sometimes we could do it with our staff, who were taking care of hemp from cultivation to harvesting by ancient harvesting techniques. When the fibers are separated, it is ready to convert into thread or yarn-spinning the fiber hand on a spinning wheel or machine.
Once this fiber converts into yarn or thread, it’s ready to use made fabric from that.
